Goes above and beyond
Went through a very tense and emotionally strenuous property sale, and Deborah not only provided sharp and timely legal advice, but also took real personal interest and gave meaningful reassurance. A diligent professional and also human!

Excellent service
Deborah Taite (ably assisted by her secretary Claire Buffrey) handled our sale and purchase with outstanding professionalism and skill. Despite best efforts by our buyer and seller to make the process more painful than needed, Deborah's speed of response and ability to deal with problems was first class. I would recommend her without any reservation or hesitation.

Purchase of property for my mum.
My mother and father have been using Grant Saw for will trying, power of attorney and also the sale of my fathers house.
Sadly my dad died last year and Deborah from Grant Saw has helped my mum and I with the purchase of my mums new flat.
We have found Grant saw to be very professional and have felt very confident with them handing out affairs and found them to be very clear and trustworthy.

Sale of house

Deborah Taite - conveyancing solicitor
Deborah has worked as my solicitor several times over the last few years. A couple of flat purchases, a couple of aborted flat purchases and also a couple of other matters. She has always been friendly, informative, communicative, tenacious and patient when there were seriously intransigent issues thrown her way. She was always able to find a way through. Above all she always took the time to let me know what was going on and explain the nuances of each and every process, making me feel that she always had my best interests at heart.

Excellent Service
Deborah helped my wife and I to perform a transfer of equity in order to add her onto an apartment I own. She was very professional, looked at the fastest way to resolve the issue and helped to expedite this with the Land Registry as well. I would certainly recommend her as a solicitor.
