Residential Conveyancing
I would like to thank Tyrone for his service. I was impressed with his expertise, his communication was always timely and very clear, I could see he was very organised. I have used and came across many laywers but he was easily the best, he is a very competent lawyer.
I am glad I chose Grant Saw Solicitors and I would highly recommend Tyrone to others with no hesitation.

A great professional service
I recently had a legal issue with an existing clause on the ground rent contract on my flat. The clause would have meant an incremental payment increase with time. The letter I received had a lot of legal words and jargon, which was very confusing to understand, as these things normally are.
I hired and appointed Grant Saw Solicitors to assist me with the work involved for the Deed of Variation process. They were incredibly helpful and walked me through all the areas of the process I was not clear with.
They offered a very professional service and kept me informed with all stages of the process.The service offered by Grant Saw Solicitors was exemplary and I would recommend them.

Amazing Service

Outstanding: Tyrone Grant
Tyrone Grant at Grant Saw Solicitors is outstanding. Tyrone assisted me with a deed of variation to a residential lease agreement. Using his expertise, he proactively identified and mitigated a contractual risk to an easement by negotiating an amendment with the freeholder. Tyrone answered every phone call and email, gave precise answers to all my questions, offered clear advice at every step and successfully drove a prompt completion. Great Service, one of the best Solicitors if not the best
Tyrone at Grant Saw Solicitors LLP provided a great communicative service. He explained complicated matters in a clear and mythological way.
He communication skills are good too responding to emails within the same day or next, he has great legal skills.
if the rest of the team are as good as Tyrone, then Grant Saw Solicitors LLP can be considered the A team of solicitors.

Absolutely Excellent

Lease extension
We applied for a lease extention and hired Grant Saw solicitors handled this for us. They were extremely helpful and guided us through a very long and fraught negotiations with our landlord. I cannot praise them highly enough for the hard work and reassuring us every step of the way and keeping us well informed of all the situations that were occurring. We are extremely pleased with their service and would not hesitate to use their services again.
