We used Grant Saw's services to purchase our new home. We worked closely with Emily Pearce who has been an absolute superstar. The whole process was very transparent and she did whatever she could to speed up the process on all fronts (including the council). Her communication was flawless and in general she was a very pleasant and professional solicitor to work with. She set the bar for any future solicitor encounters very high. We cannot recommend Emily enough. Thank you for all your hard work and support with a very frustrating chain!

Excellent review from Emily - my property solicitor
I had the pleasure of dealing with Emily Pearce at Grant Saw Solicitors for my property purchase. I'm very pleased with her services. Throughout the entire process, Emily was highly professional, responsive, and proactive in addressing any concerns that arose.
She kept me well informed at every stage, ensuring that all legal matters were handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Even when things became time-sensitive (we needed to complete in less than 4 months due to SDLT changes) Emily remained organised and determined to push everything through smoothly. Her expertise and diligence made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

I recently worked with Emily Pearce and Tyrone Grant( leasehold lawyer) on the sale of my home in Woolwich. They were both amazing—knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I chose the firm based on reviews and was reassured by the larger chain's capacity to manage my case even if someone was on leave. I appreciated Emily and Tyrone’s regular communication, which was always easy to understand. I was particularly impressed by the seamless end-to-end service, including the additional complexities of the lease and land registry process with my home and development it sat in. Purchasing first home
Emily has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was super responsive, and answered all our questions (of which there were many as first-time buyers!). I would not hesitate to recommend working with her for anyone else buying a house.

Sale and Purchase of Property
Emily was excellent throughout the entire process of both selling our existing and purchasing of new property. She was always very timely and helpful in explaining to us anything which required clarification as well as appropriately managing and chasing others in the chain.
She was always very approachable and reassuring, in particular given that our leasehold property was undergoing remediation work at the time of sale. She made the process very easy for us and we would certainly recommend her.
