We used Grant Saw's services to purchase our new home. We worked closely with Emily Pearce who has been an absolute superstar. The whole process was very transparent and she did whatever she could to speed up the process on all fronts (including the council). Her communication was flawless and in general she was a very pleasant and professional solicitor to work with. She set the bar for any future solicitor encounters very high. We cannot recommend Emily enough. Thank you for all your hard work and support with a very frustrating chain!

The most stress free purchase
As first time buyers, we anticipated our purchase to be agonisingly slow and stressful. However, Emily’s efficiency and professionalism throughout meant the process was very smooth and quick. We were updated at every stage and never had to call or chase once. I can’t recommend enough and it is definitely worth paying that bit extra for the level of service and legal advice & knowledge Emily offers.

Wonderful conveyancing service
Emily Pearce dealt with the Probate sale of my mum's house. Every step of the way she was a total professional. She was on top of everything, always responded to my emails promptly and got everything done to my total satisfaction. I was recommended Grant Saw by a friend and I can completely see why - I'm so grateful that I chose this firm.

Extremely efficient
Emily Pearce was extremely efficient and helpful in drawing up documents for transfer of equity. She always replied promptly to emails, and the whole process from confirming identity online to meeting face to face for signing went very smoothly.

Excellent from start to finish
We were buying our first property and was looking for solicitors to help with the move. We found Grant Saw online. We sent a email and Emily emailed back instantly. All the communication from then to the completion was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend both Emily and Grant Saw in the future to anybody, and also would have no hesitation using in the future.

Brilliant support to purchase a property in the UK
We couldn't ask for better support and counsel from Emily during the long and sometime stressful process of purchasing our first home.
She was always responsive, made the time to answer all of our questions in timely maner, gave us really great advice and made sure that we understood fully everything that was going on.
She kept us updated on a regular basis, and she was always really nice in her communication.
She made the all process easier on us, and got us through all the difficulties of the purchase with grace and professionalism.

House Purchase
This is the second time we have used Emily's conveyancing services, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. She is highly knowledgeable, extremely responsible, and a pleasure to work with. House sale and purchase
Emily was fantastic throughout the entire process. Our house move had a few difficulties and took over 6 months to complete, and Emily was a real source of comfort to us throughout this time, particularly when problems arose. She was patient with us, incredibly efficient, clear with her advice and also a very nice person! We would 100% recommend her.
