The Solicitor Susie was amazing, carried out our wishes quickly and effectively and the work was done and dusted within a matter of a couple of weeks due to our needs being urgent due to certain circumstances - so easy to deal with, always available to help, made our l life in a stressful time very easy. Our original Wills were dealt with by Willans in 2009 so returned to them to update as we had such amazing help then - just as amazing again in 2025 - thank you Willans.

Legal Advice on potential inheritance dispute

I discussed our case where I suspect that matters may escalate to a legal challenge.

Have recently used Willans LLP as I had an issue with a tenant and my rental property. Katie Charlton dealt with this who I cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent service and outcome thanks to Bethen who handled my unprotected tenant deposit claim. Had previously approached a local solicitor who advised I had no case. Found Willans after some online research re solicitors with experience in tenancy desputes.
Bethen was familiar with caselaw etc and was reassured in her handling the claim from the outset after poor experience with other solicitor.
Would recommend to anyone for her approachability and professionalism as well as the Excellent result she managed to secure for me.
