I am an associate, solicitor in the residential property team. I qualified as a solicitor in 2001, and have specialised in residential conveyancing since 2017. I am experienced in a full range of freehold, leasehold, retirement, registered, unregistered and listed properties. I act for first time buyers, people upsizing and downsizing, probate sales and for investors with large property portfolios. I also act on re-mortgages, mortgage redemptions and first registrations of properties at the Land Registry.
