Excellent job / value for money

I used willans solicitors for my my tenant eviction case , and was very happy with the way my case was dealt with , throughout the period.

The team at willans solicitors were professionals and patient throughout the court case ,

Have recently used Willans LLP as I had an issue with a tenant and my rental property. Katie Charlton dealt with this who I cannot recommend highly enough. She was helpful and concise in her advice, thorough and informative. We achieved the necessary outcome, which I don’t believe would have been the case without Katie’s hard work. I used Katie Charlton to assist with the eviction of a tenant who would not leave. Katie was professional throughout and managed to the necessary court orders arranged, leading to the tenant finally leaving.

Evicting nightmare tenant.
I could not evict my nightmare tenant by myself for a long time.
