I am a solicitor in the family law team at Willans. I advise clients at various stages of their relationships in matters ranging from divorce, financial remedy, arrangements for children, domestic abuse and nuptial agreements. Whilst appreciating the emotional issues arising from family proceedings, I adopt a personable and focused approach to dealing with difficult situations. I also recognise the importance of all parties acting in a conciliatory manner, whether court proceedings are required or not. I am a member of Resolution, a community of family law professionals committed to a Code of Practice. Our collective aim is to work together in a non-confrontational way, resolving matters constructively with the needs of the whole family in mind.
