I have to say I never write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to let others know that I was very impressed with the level of service we received from BTMK. Our client had purchased a property at an auction, and we were on a deadline because the transaction was started just before Christmas. Although there were a few obstacles, BTMK dealt very efficiently to overcome them without making the meal of it, which other solicitor firms often do. A specialist finance brokers. We usually deal with deadlines, and I'm pleased to be able to give this feedback to others who are in the same position as us.

I initially instructed a different firm of solicitors in leigh on sea where the service provided was extremely poor. Luckily I realised early enough and changed to BTMK solicitors and Joe Burns was dealing with my case. Joe is very professional and hard workig solicitor! From instruction to completion it took about 4 weeks and that included dealing with some complex issues on the way! Thank you very much!

Currently purchasing a house and the sellers are using these solicitors. Absolute joke from the beginning, delayed sending the initial paperwork to our solicitor, lied about when it was sent, slow to respond to queries and we've been waiting on them for 2 weeks now as everyone else is ready. It does not take 3 weeks to sort out an indemnity policy! No chance of exchanging this side of Christmas now as they close tomorrow and we'll be lucky if they even look at their emails today. Avoid!

BTMK acted for us in the remortgage of our property and simultaneous purchase of a buy to let property.The team involved were Matthew Clarke, Holly Pain, Hazel Bourke and Rebecca Witterick.
We were extremely impressed at the efficiency, helpfulness and courtesy shown to us. The team were readily available to speak to and if not, our calls were returned promptly. Similarly, emails were answered promptly and anything we didn't understand was explained to us. The transaction was completed in under 3 months, which, during lockdown, was very impressive.
We would not hesitate to recommend BTMK or use your services again

Many years ago, there were four leading law firms based in South Essex. Travell Horner, Bates & Partners, Twitchen & Musters, and finally Robinson & Kelly. The first two, Travell Horner and Bates & Partners merged and became Bates Travell, and then the other two superb law firms Twitchen & Musters and Robinson Kelly also came together to become Twitchen, Musters, Robinson & Kelly – which was a bit of a mouthful so they became TMK Solicitors in due course. These two exceptional legal practices continued until they decided to join forces and became the BTMK that we know and love today.
