Straight talking lawyer with a focused strategy
This is my first time working with Johanne and from the start it was clear that her no-nonsense straight talking business attitude suited me and my difficult case involving a multinational with an army of legal representatives.
Johanne, in my opinion, remained realistic and always updated me with any progress and possible outcomes. I can honestly say that we agreed on most of the strategy and numerals and I am happy with the successful outcome.

BTMK Made Life So Much easier
Following our Father's death, Johanne Turner and her Team at BTMK was incredibly helpful in reaching an acceptable resolution with the Local Hospital Trust.
I could have been so much more stressful, given that it was such an emotive situation, but Johanne and her Team held our hands through the whole process, from start to finish.
On behalf of our family, I would wholeheartedly recommend BTMK.

Birth negligence claim

Would highly recommend
From start to finish Johanne has been professional but extremely kind and understanding. I went through a major trauma which she understood and kept the whole process easy and as stress free as possible. She even went above and beyond to recommend help which showed she really cared which is rare I've found. Would highly recommend her and her team every interaction was flawless.

fantastic

Bike accident
I was put into contact with btmk and it was probably the best thing I could of done,
they are very professional and give an outstanding effort into helping you with any matter no problem is too big for them.
I would highly recommend btmk I had an extremely good offer in such a short space of time and have made such a huge impact in my life in this hard time.
I could not thank them enough especially johanne turner, there team are brilliant and will not use any other solicitor except From this company if ever in need of one.
There is not a single thing I could complain about they have been great help and very easy people to deal with I don’t think I would of done it without them!
