If anybody is considering using a local solicitor in the South Essex area, you could do worse than using BTMK. I have appointed them a number of times and personally speaking, I have only experienced pleasant outcomes in our dealings. Ian and BTMK have been incredible, I thoroughly recommend this firm for all your property conveyancing needs.
They were always on the ball, reacted to the mortgage company promptly and always tried to go the extra mile for me, I cannot say enough positive stuff about them!
