Well I started with Victoria she then left ,I had an email after I found out !! I then got transferred to Pat who was very nice but was not in the office a lot .Luckily Tracy and Danielle where there and were very good .Also new receptionist Laura was always cheerful and helpful which I appreciated .It was very stressful but got through it and I hope I won't be moving for some time !!
I do think a bit more communication would have helped even if to say no news as you "iodide feel I was left in the dark and not sure if it was still going ahead .

Georgia looked after our deputyship application, she was professional and kept us up to date with progress. We used T,S and P as they also looked after my late dad’s will. We shall also be using them for selling a property. Staff are helpful and I have the option to meet face to face if required which means a lot in this digital world.

After having a ‘protected conversation’ and subsequent redundancy Joylon and his team steered me through the process to ensure fairness. I initially contacted 2 solicitors being new to the area and received call back within 15 minutes. Still waiting for the other company. I have already recommended my ex-colleague to speak with the team. I would highly recommend this company and it’s a weight of my mind knowing there is this expertise locally. The team were quick at responding to my emails and provided clarity where required. Fees charged for my matter was appropriate and I would recommend the firm's service to potential clients.
