It took a very long time to deal with this dispute, we as a family would like to have seen an earlier end to it. A conclusion was reached which we were advised to accept., An apology was given . and a small amount was received. This did not cover our expences? We were grateful for the apology.It was a long time coming. A fair ending.

Although it has taken 5 long years to get here with a positive result that I desperately needed & deserved with fantastic help from the Solicitor involved with my Claim. The 5 years were worth the wait, however I am aware some Claims can take much longer

Well I started with Victoria she then left ,I had an email after I found out !! I then got transferred to Pat who was very nice but was not in the office a lot .Luckily Tracy and Danielle where there and were very good .Also new receptionist Laura was always cheerful and helpful which I appreciated .It was very stressful but got through it and I hope I won't be moving for some time !!
I do think a bit more communication would have helped even if to say no news as you "iodide feel I was left in the dark and not sure if it was still going ahead .

Georgia looked after our deputyship application, she was professional and kept us up to date with progress. We used T,S and P as they also looked after my late dad’s will. We shall also be using them for selling a property. Staff are helpful and I have the option to meet face to face if required which means a lot in this digital world.
