Collection of money from the deceased bank account and distribution to four beneficiaries as per the Will. Seemed to be quite straight forward but solicitor had to be chased five times in total. I am sure it took longer than it needed to!

Mr Ashworth dealt with my mums estate which was made harder by the lack of a will, a drawn out application for a deed of administration and several siblings who all needed regular reassurance of progress. Mr Ashworth was professional and courteous during the whole process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his firm to anyone.
