If you want done, Richard will pull out all the stops to make it happen. Simple, straightforward, efficient and available.
Just completed on a sale and purchase that was a bit of a hairy ride at times being part of a chain that didn’t all do things quite as efficiently. Richard cut through all of their shenanigans and simplified the process, and I felt that he ‘had my back’. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and while others appear cheaper, it seems there are additional costs that make it less so.
I used Richard on another more straightforward purchase in recent years which would have completed in 7 weeks (had vendor not withdrawn sale at last minute). This period included the whole of spring/Easter with all those bank holidays! It was made easier by them being local so I could just pop in to the office to sign documents straightaway to speed things up. You also get a direct number and mobile number to speak to Richard directly.

I sold my flat through TSP and Richard and Catherine dealt with the sale professionally and with great communication. Catherine constantly kept me updated on the process and explained what I needed to do and Richard helped give clarity to some of the legal issues to be dealt with and also ensured the process was pushed forward in a timely manner with the buyers. It was a very smooth process for me that otherwise is quite a stressful event.

TSP were instructed by my late Father to deal with his fairly simple estate after his death. All of the beneficiaries were of the same opinion that this small estate took far too long to complete and consequently costs were much higher than we anticipated. They gave us no indication at the start what their hourly fees would be as it appears they don’t have to. If you are thinking of using them I would have that conversation with them before instructing them on what their fees might look like.
