We enjoyed full support of our solicitor who said from the outset that we had a strong case in law. He made a number of recommendations to enable us to pursue and advance our case, all of which were helpful and positive. His responses to the other party's solicitors were forthright and unambiguous and so we were happy to follow his instructions and recommendations throughout.

At a very stressful time, everything was dealt with calmly, professionally, and efficiently. This is key to have a solicitor, and his team who has your best interest and are quite trustworthy. I wouldn't like the stress of selling again. But, will definitely use Sparling again if needed.

My Will

All sorted out fairly quickly. My will was a little bit more of a problem as I am on my own with a handicapped son. I can now rest a little more easily, as I know everything is in place when I am no longer here. A friendlyt solicitors who I would reocmmend as in the past they prepared my later parents wills. A thumbs up.

Excellent house sale Conveyancing service

I had such an amazing experience with Sparling Solicitors - in particular Michelle and Kay. They assisted me through a sale falling through on my first property and helped me purchasing my new home!
