Highly efficient and professional

Meaby & Co partner Christabel Fernandez conducted the conveyancing process for my flat sale. The whole process was seamless with regards to the work done by Christabel, she was highly professional throughout. She answered my questions promptly, and dealt very well with complications caused by indecisions of the buyer and mistakes by her solicitor. She was constantly communicating with me with regards to progress. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with a conveyancing solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others selling property, and certainly hope to instruct her again when I buy in the future.

Meaby & Co negotiated an extension to my leasehold for a period of 99 years. This proved to be a challenging task which involved statutory notices, two housing tribunal applications and an application to the County Court.
Meaby provided excellent legal services. Their representatives Nicky Cleightonhills and Beth Rose are both outstanding. There professional legal knowledge and application supported by good communication is of the highest quality. I would highly recommend their legal services.
