As a first time buyer, I was completely new to the home buying and legal process. Rachael from the beginning was informative and friendly, making sure to check in almost every week to keep me informed throughout. She was personable and has made what was a very stressful process easier to manage. We had a lot of difficulties throughout (no fault of myself or Rachael) but she was persistent in getting results needed to move forward. Danielle who I also had some contact with was lovely.
