Andy Roscoe has been beyond brilliant as my solicitor in completion of selling my house!! Although we had to work with nightmare solicitors on the buyers' side, Andy was extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond putting in extra time and work into chasing the solicitors, and making sure completion got done in a timely way. I never once needed to check in on Andy because he was always 5 steps ahead, and I felt completely supported the whole way through. I honestly cannot recommend Andy enough!!

Moving house is never a relaxing time but I need to thank Andy Roscoe at Meaby for making our move (pretty much) stress-free. During the sale Andy was always contactable and always quick to answer any questions, and his knowledge of the intricacies of leases was exceptional! We would definitely use him again if we ever move house.

I have been dealing with Andy Roscoe for the last couple of months on a particularly difficult sale and I must say he is one of the most approachable, competent and efficient solicitors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have heard from friends many horror stories about unresponsive "call-centre" style property conveyancers and have been delighted with the services Meaby & Co. but particularly Mr Roscoe who guided me through the whole process. Enquiries were forwarded onto me within the hour of them being raised and when I didn't have the correct certification for windows installed way before my time, we found a compromise within that same day which kept my buyer happy.
I would whole-heartedly recommed the services of Mr Roscoe and Meaby & Co. for either the sale or purchase of your property.

FTB completed quickly, with no issues, and with everything explained
Andy and Meaby were brilliant for us. As FTBs with no real understanding of the process, Andy was very approachable and answered all our questions clearly and very quickly. We wanted to complete on a short time frame and Andy drove us forward at pace. We never had an issues, never felt like we weren’t updated or that we didn’t understand anything. Wonderful service
We recently dealt with Andy for our house sale and purchase, he is absolutely the best solicitor I have used. He is responsive, friendly, professional and overall just fantastic to work with. Great service from Andy
Andy acted for us after our previous solicitor retired mid-way through our sale and purchase process. Andy was great to deal with and quickly gave us clear advice and resolved all of the outstanding issues that seemed to be stuck at a stalemate with our previous solicitor.

Fantastic and personalised support

Andy is outcomes focused and a pleasure to work on with
We have worked with Andy on several occasions and every time he has been extremely responsive and proactive in ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible. He goes above and beyond, even doing the work of the other parties, to remove potential blockers.

A Fantastic Service When It Mattered Most
