A friend recommended Brian to me for my house purchase & sale. Brian was very reliable, responsive & helpful. Happy to explain what i didn't understand, he guided me through the process, replied to my emails within a couple of hours and had to deal with a very challenging solicitor on the other end. I thoroughly recommend Brian. He has decades of experience that really paid off during our sale. I believe his expertise helped to shorten the whole process.

First time buyers, buying a house just outside of London. Brian from Meaby&Co was always really quick to respond, and really helpful in the process despite some complications on the way, and issues with the seller's solicitor.
Brian was always patient in explaining things to us, and described possible alternatives. He was thorough, but not contentious, taking things pragmatically and finding workable solutions.
The app was pretty well done, and their onboarding system has a good balance of guiding you through the necessary bureaucracy in being helpful throughout the steps of uploading necessary documents. Researches were done really quickly and efficiently, with results provided in well prepared document packages.

I'm a FTB buying a flat and found Meaby & Co on google. The sale itself has been complicated but Brian and Meaby&Co have been brilliant - professional, clear and responsive throughout. Brian set out all the issues in ways I could actually understand. He remained completely across the details in all the documents which ensured that the sale stayed on track and solved the challenges when they came up. He was persistent and proactive with the sellers solicitors when we needed more information as well as communicative and patient with me. I could not recommend him more and have recommended him to several friends already.

Working with Varsha for our sale and purchase was faultless - she was everything you would want from a property solicitor: attentive, patient, dedicated and diligent. Varsha knew when we needed hand holding and when we needed space to make decisions and was always only ever a phone call away.

This is the second time I have used Meaby & Co, previously used them for the Grant of Probate process for my late mums' estate.
We finally found a buyer for our property. We did not want to use Estate agent solicitors, as they are never good, and estate agents always get a referral fee, so they always want to use them.
I reached back out to Meaby & Co and was introduced to Rachael and her team. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a Solicitor who returns calls and replies to emails. Rachael and the team have been excellent in chasing the other solicitor, keeping me up to date, and managing to get the whole process resolved in a couple of months.
I cannot recommend Rachael and team highly enough 6 out 5 stars>

From 2020 until 2024, Mrs Marie Waters lead a very professional entwined with sheer empathetic team assisting me with my late mother's bereavement. I was kept informed at each stage with clear and comprehensive explanations when needed. I cannot express enough how it was a pleasure to deal with Meaby & Co especially Marie who went above and beyond during the Covid-19 restrictions to get procedures moving, when many government offices were slow/closed. I totally recommend Meaby& Co Solicitors as I have personally instructed this firm for conveyancing, family litigation & probate and at each stage refreshingly, a pleasure to deal with.

I recently purchased a flat with conveyancing completed by Edward Chuck, and I only have good things to say here. From the get go, I was extremely impressed by Ed’s depth of experience. My purchase was on a very tight timeline with a lot of potential for snags - Ed managed all of this with clear communication and professionalism throughout, and at a very reasonable cost. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that my purchase could have easily fallen through in less experienced hands.
As a FTB, it can be really daunting trying to pick the right people to work with. Personal recommendations go a long way here - Meaby and Co were recommended to me by a friend, and I’ll be very glad to recommend Edward Chuck to friends and family for property matters moving forward.

I must commend the sterling work, related to the conveyancing on the sale of my flat, carried out by Edward Chuck and the team at Meaby's solicitors in Camberwell.
They were friendly, helpful and professional at all stages of the process, including a few complicated changes to the leasehold involving three parties.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is contemplating a property sale in the future.
