Excellent Service

A highly professional service at all times. Invaluable advice and guidance with prompt responses to questions. As well as the Solicitors, Lissie and Darian, all members of the Client Care Team and Reception with whom I interacted over the course of several months were friendly and helpful. Dealing with probate at an already difficult time is complex and lengthy, but the process was made much easier working with this team and I was very confident to leave all in their capable hands.

Azeem and Megan Platinum service

Azeem took the lead with updating and creating a new will.
He helped explain and talk me through the sections where the legal jargon was beyond my comprehension. He was attentive and patient.
When I made a mistake on the signing and witnessing of the will he was apologetic for not making it clear (to be fair ‘twas probably me!)
I can absolutely and without reservation recommend Azeem and so it naturally follows Britton & Time Solicitors.

Great experience!

I would like to thank everyone at Britton, from the guys at the front desk, who were very professional and courteous, to the whole team of solicitors and assistants that dealt with our needs delicately and professionally, helping us to understand all the bits we didn’t quite get! It really was seamless… had we known what we know now we would have written our wills earlier.
Thank you so much, cath and mike

Making new wills

Our first contact with Britton and Time was a phone call with Client Care to enquire about updating our wills (which were seriously out of date). I was impressed and reassured by the Client Care Executive who explained clearly the process and costs of making mirror wills.

We booked an appointment with Elisabeth (and paralegal, Megan) to go through the will questionnaire which was emailed to us in advance. This was extremely useful as it enabled us to make decisions about aspects of the will which we had not previously considered.

On the basis of our discussions at the initial meeting Elisabeth was able to draft our wills. Subsequent discussions were enacted via emails which were always prompt, courteous and clear.

Within a few weeks (with interruption over the Christmas period) the final drafts were approved. A brief meeting in office enabled us to sign with Elisabeth and Megan as witnesses.

The whole process was painless and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with Elisabeth and Megan and I would happily recommend them to our friends.
