Highly recommended

Azeem and colleagues were professional, caring and thorough. He covered all my legal options that as a lay person I would have missed. I felt in capable hands, he listened and interpreted my requirements so comprehensively, giving pros and cons, so I could make make an informed decision. Thank you for making legal matters easier, and delivered with a smile.

MORE THAN I HOPED FOR

Each trip to the office was a welcoming and friendly visit with Elisabeth and Megan. Elisabeth pointed out various elements which should be included in my will. I would never have thought of these and am very grateful. The whole experience from beginning to end was clear and truly professional. Thank you

Will Writing

Britton & Time details were given to me as solicitors who were part of the National Free Wills Network. My experience from day 1 in contacting them to completion of my will has been absolutely outstanding. I received delightful regular emails and updates and Elisabeth and her assistant Megan were very helpful in all aspects of the preparing my will with my desired wishes.
Combined with a lovely modern office I was always made to feel very welcome.
I would thoroughly recommend anybody thinking of making a will to use their services.

My New Will

It is with great thanks to Elisabeth Squires and Meghan McAuley that I signed my new Will on 1st April 2025. The will was made via the Free Will Scheme for Sussex Charities. I have been putting this off for some time and got round to it at last. Although I found it emotional I am very glad that I have now done this. Elisabeth was very professional and honest and I was not rushed in any way. I thoroughly recommend both herself and Meghan. Many thanks.

From taking our initial Will instructions, advising and guiding us throughout the process, to producing the final Wills, Elisabeth and her team provided a professional and efficient service and inspired confidence at all times with a command of her subject, all supported by a friendly and courteous manner and approach at all times. I can thoroughly recommend Britton and Time Solicitors, and Elisabeth and her team, to anyone in need of legal advice, guidance and support. Their service was nothing less than exemplary!

I had a really bad experience with this firm.
My initial enquiry was dealt with my an intern who wanted to arrange a phone meeting with a partner once they had gathered all of the information which I provided to them. I specifically requested that the partner read the documentation that was provided in order to conduct an efficient telephone meeting which enable them to provide specific advice relating to my case. My request was agreeable to the intern but this failed to materialise. It was evident during the telephone call that Sophie had not read the information and she proceeded to use the allotted time to read snippets of it and provide generic advice which was of no use to me. When I complained the same partner dealt with the complaint which was a conflict of interest. She failed to uphold my complaint. I would avoid instructing this form for reasons laid out above.
