A Criminal Matter

Since the first consultation with Britton and Time, Rojin and Hanna have taken control of my matter and given full and comprehensive advice and support.
We have had a very positive outcome and I am extremely grateful to them both.
I will not hesitate to recommend them or instruct them in the future should the need arise.

Professional and efficient service

Came to Britton and Time Solicitors to organise new will paperwork. They were very efficient and helpful in explaining the legal terms in the forms that we had to complete. Also, asked questions that we had not considered.

Overcharged and under delivered

We were obliged to use a legal firm to advise us as Guarantors of a company loan. The original quote provided for 2 one hour meetings where we had no option to vary the terms in front of us and therefore no extra work incurred by us, was significantly over exceeded, resulting in a legal bill of nearly £3000.

We raised a dispute which was dealt with summarily and followed up with threats of legal action against us to recover the debt. All in all, two one hour meetings at £1500 each doesn't feel like value for money to me or a firm that actually puts its customers first.

Absolutely shocking solicitors . charged us over £5000 for a party wall court case that we done all the work for . it was thrown out of court , then 3 months later billed us another £900 randomly for a counsel fee . I am currently seeking a counter claim as they sent a Court letter ! . Stay well clear guys . Sure there reviews are false . Obviously tough times for them, tucking their own customers up ! if you want to end up in court with your own solicitors . choose these guys !
If you notice they do not reply to my review as they are In the wrong & they have blocked my review on Facebook. So are we'll aware of my reviews.
