First Class

Drawing up my will
Elisabeth was very professional, friendly and open, giving me good advise. She kept in touch and was very patient as I took a long time to decide what to do and how to do it as well as changing my mind several times
She was incredibly efficient, getting back to me straight away when I had queries and turning documentation around quickly.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone else

Great experience with our will writing

Initial Consult With Yasmin Burton & Elizabeth Garniss
Although only an initial consultation meeting, I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of Yasmin. She listened carefully and her subsequent advice was very clear and sensible. Highly recommended Will provision providers
I selected Britton & Time as my solicitor to help me put together my first Will throught the “free Will service” provided by the Cats Defence League. From the moment that I contacted them, all the way through to signing the final draft of my will yesterday, I have found them to be incredibly professional, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and patient during the last couple of months and have dealt with some wonderfully kind and knowledgeable individuals such as Yasmin Burton and Lizzy Garniss. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to use a solicitor for the first time as they could not have been more supportive or understanding.

Renewing our Wills
We renewed our wills as they were very out of date. Lizzie guided as through the process and was very helpful and thankfully pointed out situations the we had not occurred to us. Lizzie and Lissie the Paralegal made this a very painless process. We would highly recommend her.
We will definitely use her again.
