Highly recommended Will provision providers
I selected Britton & Time as my solicitor to help me put together my first Will throught the “free Will service” provided by the Cats Defence League. From the moment that I contacted them, all the way through to signing the final draft of my will yesterday, I have found them to be incredibly professional, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and patient during the last couple of months and have dealt with some wonderfully kind and knowledgeable individuals such as Yasmin Burton and Lizzy Garniss. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to use a solicitor for the first time as they could not have been more supportive or understanding.

Renewing our Wills
We renewed our wills as they were very out of date. Lizzie guided as through the process and was very helpful and thankfully pointed out situations the we had not occurred to us. Lizzie and Lissie the Paralegal made this a very painless process. We would highly recommend her.
We will definitely use her again.

Making a Will
We had been putting off an appointment to make our Wills due to previous experience. However, it was a totally different experience at Britton & Time. From first contact with the reception tem and throughout the process it was easy, relaxed and tailored to our needs. Elisabeth was professional and efficient throughout, she quickly understood what we wanted, she made the whole experience extremely pleasant. We couldn't recommend her and B&T more highly.

Professional and Kind
We have had excellent service from the initial email regarding the free will service they have provided us with to the final signing of the completed will. All communication was timely and taking our own needs in mind. It was a pleasure to visit in person and everyone we came across was also friendly and helpful. Creating our Wills could have been an uncomfortable and tense experience but we were in very safe, professional and kind hands. Thank you to Elizabeth and the whole team. I would very highly recommend this team of solicitors.

Updated our Wills
We were very happy with service from Britten and Time when we recently updated our wills. The whole experience was very positive. Yasmin and her assistant Elizabeth, were extremely helpful and courteous. Both were readily available to answer our queries and deal with any issues that arouse. The whole process was seamless. The draft Wills were completed within the assigned time. I would definitely recommend this firm of solicitors.

Making my will
The solicitors were extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. Nothing was too much trouble and they suggested things I had not though about. After a couple of drafts I am very happy with the result.

Will preparation
Lissie was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand my situation in full and flagged up the various benefits and risks of alternative courses of action.
