Appeal my dismissal.
I was very impressed the way Alex respond and explain with a clarity and given me very good advice. He is very smart and very helpful to a client and understand very quickly the clients problems.

Breach of contract by solar panel installer
Following a bad solar panel installation we were being pressured for payment despite faults being present. Sophie and Alex stepped in and not only stopped the pressure being applied but turned things around and obtained a great outcome.

Reassuring advice

Efficient, professional yet extremely friendly and personal too.
Thank you to both Elisabeth and Alex for the way they supported me in making a new will.
The initial questionnaire made the process super efficient and both Lissie and Alex were very well prepared when we first met, having familiarised themselves thoroughly with my answers to it. This meant that the will and accompanying letter of wishes which Lissie recommended were drafted very comprehensively and only needed minimal changes after the first draft.
What made it even more amazing was that this service was provided as part of the free will McMillan initiative.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Britton & Time and Lissie in particular.

Power of Attorney sevice
Lissie and Alex enabled us to put in place LPAs for my parents at a very stressful time for the family; without their work and support I think we would have given up!
In particular their approach with my parents was so thoughtful and supportive. They gave them alot of time and attention, and my parents really appreciated this.
Throughout the process Lissie and Alex have kept us updated promptly and chased correspondence from the OPG.
I would not hesitate to recommend Britton and Time, and would definitely use them for future legal assistance.
