As a Client Care Executive, I am often the first point of contact for our clients. Therefore, I ensure that I go above and beyond to provide tailored solutions that meet their individual needs and prioritise their requirements at every step of the process. I find it fulfilling to help people every day, whether it’s answering their queries, resolving their issues, or simply lending a listening ear. Knowing that I am making a positive impact on someone’s day gives me a sense of satisfaction. Background. My passion for the legal industry began during my work experience placement at a solicitor’s firm in London. During my placement, I witnessed firsthand how lawyers can make a positive impact on society by advocating for their clients and fighting for justice. The legal industry offers numerous opportunities to make a difference, whether it’s helping individuals in need or working on a larger scale to effect change. I also realised that law is a complex and constantly evolving field that requires a sharp mind and a willingness to learn. Pursuing a career in law seemed intellectually stimulating and rewarding, and as someone who enjoys a challenge, it felt like the right fit. Experience. Angjela graduated from the University of Kent with an LLB and then took a gap year to travel before starting her legal career at Britton & Time Solicitors.
