Faultless

Faultless service from beginning to end. I had been putting off dealing with a lease extension for a long time for fear of stress - this turned out to be completely unnecessary thanks to Jayne. A clear, quick, calm and professional service coupled with a modern and human touch (Jayne was so approachable and kind). You can tell that they want the best for you and really care. Madeleine was excellent!

Madeleine was absolutely brilliant during the process of purchasing our first home.
As first time buyers we were unsure of the process but she explained things very clearly from the start and was always very prompt to respond.
She also ensured that we were able to complete by our preferred date which was very appreciated.

We would have no hesitation in recommending her and will certainly engage her again should we look to sell in the future.

We have just completed on the purchase of our first bought home together. BBC came as a recommendation through a friend in the property business. We were very happy with Madeline and her team, especially when they had to deal with an unadopted road, which took more time and work. After worrying about making a will for several months I researched solicitors for expats and Burt Brill and Cardens was the first solicitor I looked at. I completed an initial questionnaire and was contacted within a day by the company, had an on line meeting with the brilliant Emily within a week and my will was completed within 3 weeks maximum. I wish I'd done it much sooner

I came to Burt Brill and Carden with a simple question about what my rights were, and right from the start Daisy, Mia and their team have been absolutely fantastic at helping me work out the issue I had relating to Trusts. I can’t thank the team at Burt Brill & Cardens enough for their professionalism, kindness, and unwavering support throughout what was a long and challenging legal battle.
