Sale of Family Flat
Elise was fantastic from start to finish. Regular communication, good advice and was really instrumental in making sure we completed within our required time frame. Other team members also assisted such as Jessica. Jessica has also worked with us on another separate occasion in the past 12 months and was similarly excellent this time around as well!

Excellent service - house purchase
I used Burt, Brill and Cardens for the purchase of my new home in Hove. From the off the service I received was professional, friendly and excellent. I felt that my solicitor Jess was available to me and easy to approach with questions - often quite silly - which I had when navigating what to me is a rather confusing process. All questions answered promptly and clearly and with patience.
Jess was tenacious in her drive to ensure that I, as the the buyer, got the best deal and that any risks were explained to me including options for resolution so that I felt in control of what was happening.
Would absolutely recommend and would use again!

Another Fantastic Experience

A great outcome under challenging circumstances
Jess helped me with the sale of my flat in 2024. The transaction took much longer than it had any right to because the online conveyancer representing the buyer was beyond appalling (discourteous, lots of unforced errors, ignored messages from other professionals in the chain). Despite this Jess persevered to get a good outcome. She was always courteous and maintained bulletproof professional etiquette throughout - even when I was getting frustrated. Her communication style is concise and clear and I always got same day responses on email. I really appreciated that I could pick up the phone to speak with the team, and pop into the Brighton office to put faces to names. Can't fault BBC, and have decided to re-engage them to help with a (hopefully much more straightforward) house purchase. Highly recommended.

Great conveyancing service
Jess responded quickly and thoroughly to queries during a house purchase. She was proactive in chasing up responses during a fallow period and very efficient in her work and communication. I felt I was in touch with developments throughout the process and had complete trust in her to look after my interests. Great Service and Value for Money
We had an excellent experience when selling our house. Everything was clearly explained. The solicitor dealing with us kept us updated throughout and answered any of our questions promptly and with clarity.
