Daisy is an excellent solicitor
I approached Burt, Brill and Cardens with a complex matter having found them very good in the past with other matters. Daisy (Tester) has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She has a confident, calm professionalism about her that took all of the stress out of a stressful situation for me. Daisy really listens and finds solutions to problems quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed how she kept me in the loop along the way with clear and informative emails - professionally written, but without any unnecessary legalise.

Mothers Estate
Daisy previously dealt with my fathers estate in 2022 and sadly my mother passed away not long ago. With no hesitation I contacted Daisy to deal with my mothers estate. On both occasions Daisy and team have been professional, courteous and ensured the matter was concluded promptly. Highly recommend.

Excellent all round experience.
I called Burt, Brill and Cardens as I needed advice regarding a family property. I was put through to Daisy Tester and from day one Daisy was extremely helpful. Daisy not only got the information I required but a lot more regarding the property making my case and who owned what clearer. Daisy's response times in replying and obtaining the information I required was second to none. Daisy was compassionate, very easy to talk to and Daisy's knowledge of the law and how Daisy could obtain the information I required is second to none. I cannot thank Daisy enough. Daisy is a credit to herself and the firm Daisy works for. I will be using Daisy in the future and cannot recommend Daisy and the firm enough. I would also like to add that all communication I had with Daisy was either by telephone or email so even if you don't live in area you can still obtain and reep the rewards of Daisy's very knowledgeable assistance and experience. Excellent service
Burt Brill handled the conveyancing of my property and the purchase of my new home. They also dealt with a litigation associated with an inheritance. I was very satisfied with both Daisy Tester and Madeleine Harvey and their teams.

We engaged Daisy to help us with a family probate claim, she was absolutely brilliant at all times from the very first phone call to the final settlement. Excellent service
I am really pleased with the excellent service I have received from Burt Brill & Cardens Limited. From my initial phone call onwards, everyone I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and helpful. When I spoke to the landlord and tenant expert, she took the details and was knowledgeable, concise and pleasant. I felt immediately that this was someone who would provide a professional service for the tasks I needed. The administrative checks for becoming a new client were processed thoroughly but quickly and without fuss. The work was carried out promptly and competently. It reduces stress so much when one has confidence that a professional can be relied on to do a good job, without chasing or worrying about the quality of work. I received prompt replies to any queries I had, and the work was completed with a successful outcome. I was kept informed about fees, and am satisfied that the fees charged were good value for the high quality, efficient work. Thank you for such a great service.
