I have recently used BBC for 2 property sales, a purchase and a remortgage. The service I received from Madeleine, Jack and the team was exceptional. They really are a credit to the firm and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Property purchase
We have just completed on the purchase of our first bought home together. BBC came as a recommendation through a friend in the property business. We were very happy with Madeline and her team, especially when they had to deal with an unadopted road, which took more time and work. I would certainly recommend them as they were thorough, professional and worked diligently on our behalf

A great experience

Excellent service

Superlatively professional and pleasant to deal with.
Madeleine handled the conveyancing on the sale of our flat in Brighton with great professionalism. It proved to be far more protracted and convoluted than anyone would have anticipated at the outset because of various issues, but throughout the months it took finally to complete, Madeleine and her team were superlative.
