Initially I spoke to Robbie who told me a case like mine would typically take 3 to 4 munths that was in June 23 shortly after that he moved on I was then allocated Mathew who never answered my emails he too went then I got Emma who was good but she too just vanished and now Ive got Xiona I wrote to her and voiced my concerns over the lack of comunication and updates she did reply but its now been another three months since then and again no contact/updates I really have got the impression that nobody at Thomsons is even remotley interested in my case I cant belive its now been 19 months and I still havent spoke to a solicitor yet, I read all the reviews that said they were with me every step of the way , kept me informed all the way I can say for certain this is not how its gone for me Im now thinking why did I bother if they dont want the case I wish they would just say so
