Wonderful Service From a Brilliant Solicitor!
Robert Cranston has been dealing with my dog bite claim for the last few years. He has worked tirelessly on my behalf - commissioning medico-legal reports, liaising repeatedly with the Sheriffs, sending many letters to the owner of the dog - which were never answered - and, most of all, his superb communication with myself. He has telephoned me on several occasions prior to this recent settlement of my claim - and sent me numerous in depth emails, updating me on action(s) taken. It must have been very challenging for Robert, as the dog's owner ignored all letters etc. It was a wonderful surprise when Robert telephoned me today, 10th February 2025, to let me know that I was to receive £15,000 for personal injury compensation. Excellent solicitor
I was hit by a motocross bike that came off the track while I was filming my son at the race. I had a few injuries mostly to my right shoulder. I got in touch with Robert Cranston at Thompsons Solicitors through my union at work. Robert listened to all what I had to say. He explained all the legal issues and how he was going to proceed with my case. Robert and his team kept me informed about what was happening at all times. It took about 4yrs but Robert won my case.
