We have recently moved house and appointed MJP to handle the sale and purchase. Gabbie has been truly excellent. Brilliant communication, timely responses and resolutions. Tracy Black was my conveyancing solicitor for my mums apartment.
Tracy kept me informed by email and telephone and when the buyers solicitor asked numerous questions regarding my mums apartment she had a mountain to climb!!!
Through her patience and perseverance she enabled us to exchange and complete the sale successfully. I am sure she had days where it seemed like they were asking some impossible some may say ridiculous questions. I would recommend and use Tracy again.

Unimpressed with major error
All proceedings went well until two days prior to completion. This was an executor sale, three executors and hence all proceeds to be split equally three ways.
All instructions and details were clear and agreed on this.
Two days prior to completion I was informed that MJP were going to credit all proceeds to my account. This could have caused serious implications for all concerned. Did no one actually read the file?
End result is we will not use or recommend MJP in the future.

Don’t be fooled by the previous reviews which anyone can leave. We wish we had never got into a contract with them, it has been so bad and I think that before long they will end up being reported to the law society ….. again. Someone working in a supermarket is more efficient than these people. If they hadn’t taken so much money off us I would think they were working in a supermarket as well due to the amount of time they take to do anything ….. except charging you of course.
