Kelly and Tracey have just been brilliant during the long process of selling my flat due to the other side with delay and delay .

Conveyancing the Sale of my Late Father's house
I appointed MJP Law to handle the sale of my Late Father's house because this firm handled the Probate of his Estate. The conveyancing service provided was extremely professional and responsive. The sale was protracted due to the chain falling down at one point, but the communication and sympathetic handling around this was much appreciated. The day of completion was affected by the global IT outage and inevitable delays. Tracy Black and Kelly Robson handled this highly unusual situation calmly and took a sensible and pragmatic approach to enable completion to happen. Thank you both.

Great company to have dealt with
Having learned our home we’ve had for 54years was not on the Land Registry as it’s only had 1 owner before us from build we knew for our family who would inherit it on our demise we needed to get this process completed. MJP law being local to us was the obvious choice. An appointment was made for us and we were introduced to Tracy Black and we learned Kelly Robson would also work on sorting this out for us. The process was fully explained by Tracy and we were happy to entrust this process to them. Nothing was too much trouble and a 2nd appointment with Tracy put our minds at ease with our questions. Just one thing we were surprised to learn of was the extremely long time of probably a year or more it would take for the land registration to complete as they are inundated with work. Thank you both.
