Sale of 2 Bed House
Both Gabbie and Connie was excellent when dealing with the sale of my property! Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and would 100% recommend them
Communication was easy and any questions I had was quickly answered
I never felt worried and ensured my house sale process was as smooth as it could be.

Excellent experience dealing with MJP
We have recently moved house and appointed MJP to handle the sale and purchase. Gabbie has been truly excellent. Brilliant communication, timely responses and resolutions. We fully felt Gabbie was in our corner and she proved this time and time again. Can’t recommend her enough, we would absolutely use MJP again and would most definitely ask specifically for Gabbie. Conveyancing
MJP were very helpful to us throughout our journey, even when the first purchase was aborted due to issues they found during the process.
Gabbie and Claire were great getting us over the goalpost for completion on our property, with Gabbie even exchanging contracts on her non working day.

Communication appalling
Gabrielle Bowie at Wimborne MJP Law. Emails unanswered. Didn’t get to actually speak to my solicitor until 2 weeks before completion on sale. Never in the office. When requesting a meeting face to face as there were questions I didn’t understand I was told “We don’t do that”, unbelievable. No acknowledgment of documents being received when I dropped them at their offices. I’m sure the lack of communication slowed down the sale process. Still awaiting advice regarding claiming back stamp duty after twice requesting this. Very frustrating.

Sale of Property
Gabbie and Clare executed the sale of my property very efficiently , proactively organising documents
