On both occasions it has been a pleasure dealing with Cheryl who made the process very easy and straightforward to understand. The service received from Cheryl was outstanding, she always answered and returned telephone calls and responded to emails which was very reassuring when dealing with what was at times a frustrating transaction. I would not hesitate to use Kitson Boyce again and happy to recommend Cheryl Baxter.

In recent years we have had to deal with taking action against our accountants (now changed) for bad advice and administration, and more recently, we have been involved in the potential sale of the business. Despite difficulties with potential purchasers, Corri Pedrick and her team have provided first class advice and back up. Everything has been dealt with promptly and efficiently at all times and in every aspect. I would not hesitate to recommend Kitson Boyce to others

Isobel Armstrong has helped us every step of the way

We instructed Kitson Boyce to act for us on the sale of our house which like many property sales can be stressful at some stages. At every stage Isobel was there with answers to our questions and reassurance on things.

I would ask her to act for us in the future even the the property was nowhere near Devon.

Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have happily used Boyce Hatton for many years and wondered whether the change into Kitson Boyce would alter my views of the service offered. I need not have worried. I had excellent advice from Rhoda Honey, and the usual friendly efficient help I've always received. I felt that Rhoda understood and empathised with my problems and I really appreciated that during an extremely stressful period. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent company I originally went to another to deal with,they took eleven weeks on a cash purchase,then switched these took two weeks,the girls are wonderful really down to earth and look out for your purchase,I can fault a lot in life these days but not this company

Great service throughout.

I was involved in a bicycle accident resulting in significant injury to my hand. I had to have a lot of time off work and being self employed with a young family was extremely worrying. Fiona was brilliant throughout the process, explaining everything to me about the process to claim compensation. The accident was life changing but having the support from Fiona and her team to help me claim compensation meant I could still support my family.

I had poor communication throughout, I personally had to chase the majority of the documents we were waiting on. I was given no direction by the solicitor on how to access or get the documents I needed for my sale. I had to contact my old solicitor who was more helpful than Kitson Boyce. My solicitor was out of the office for a lot of the week and had reduced working hours making communication extremely difficult. I was frequently told “you are the client, this should be your solicitor chasing, not you”. I had to use my initiative to look up numbers and contact details for persons we were waiting on, my solicitor showed no initiative or regard for the my personal circumstances. I had a horrendous experience and would recommend avoiding Kitson Boyce.
