Jenna and her team at Kitsons were very professional, thorough and responsive. They represented us well throughout our first home purchase, and especially when the Seller's Solicitors turned out to be the sort who negotiate in bad faith. Jenna stepped in and took the sting away... allowing us to move into our new home with a feel of ease! We'd thoroughly recommend them.

Now that the sale of my mum’s house has finally been completed, I would just like to say a very big ‘thank you’ for the outstanding service you provided. I have bought and sold a few properties over the years and I can honestly say that the service you provided was the most friendly, efficient and professional I have ever experienced. We used Kitsons as our solicitors in Feb - Aug 2023 to purchase a house in Exeter. After dealing with a few different members of staff to get an accurate quote, we settled with them and were assigned Jasmine T and Jenna. Jasmine was able to answer calls when we had questions, whereas Jenna did more of the final paperwork. Quite a lot of chasing was required, so be proactive if you go with them. They responded well and kept up with the pace we required. Jenna worked well with the estate agent (Fraser & Wheeler) and kept them informed of our progress. Would recommend, just be proactive.
