Excellent experience as first time buyers

Sophie has just helped us purchase our first home. As first time buyers, we were unsure of the process but Sophie was amazing and kept us updated throughout. She was extremely thorough and efficient in her work and this meant that we were able to complete much sooner than we expected. Sophie was nothing short of fantastic with what should’ve been a straightforward sale and purchase but which turned out to be quite complicated.
Sophie was easy to contact either immediately or by return phone call within minutes.
She has great calming, problem solving skills even when situations are particularly stressful. Her time management and communication skills ensured our chain went through very quickly and she gave us security and peace of mind , coming up with professional solutions to some quite complex issues.

As soon as I spoke to Richard, I instantly knew I wanted to work with him. Approachable, polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he listened. I have felt throughout my process of working with Richard that I’ve been in the safest pair of hands. With my particular request Richard thought outside the box to ensure my best interests were protected, and the work was turned around very quickly. Richard has truly been my knight in shining armour and has given me much peace of mind. He knows precisely when to step in and act on your behalf, but never overstepping his boundaries. Brilliant service when I moved house.

Incredibly helpful service when I moved house after my original purchase fell through. I was then able to move into a different (and happily much better property) in the short time scale that my buyers had left just before Christmas a few years ago. This could not have happened without Kitsons moving mountains to help us.

Excellent and forthright service

Tony Hunt dealt with my divorce proceedings in a clear concise manner. All perceived obsticals were eliminatex without hesitation, thus removing any stress or anxiety. My evaluation was elevated even higher by the seemingly slow responses and long delivery by that of my wife's solicitor. This was a first class service. I found Kitson Boyce initially friendly and professional and they were instructed to make a Will. If you are making a Will and have any vulnerabilities (or for a friend or relative with vulnerabilities) I would not use Kitson Boyce. I found this at out too late unfortunately.
