He is a trained CEDR and ADR mediator and advises on all aspects of alternative dispute resolution. He holds the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes. Peter is member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. He is also an Associate Member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and of the Expert Witness Institute. As a former Managing Partner and the current Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, Peter understands the day to day needs of businesses and sees the function of the lawyer as providing not just high quality legal advice but also practical solutions to everyday problems.

Have used Peter Lewis on a long running contentious commercial legal dispute where he provided pragmatic and sensible advice achieving a successful outcome whilst avoiding what could otherwise have been a hugely expensive court action. Have used Joe Pengelly on a complex multi-party commercial property purchase and lease contract renegotiation, where he prepared a 27 page lease contract for a very competitive price.
