Leisha has drafted two commercial leases for us, and handled our recent semi-commercial sale. Leisha is tenacious, informative and supportive, and without those qualities we would have probably withdrawn from the sale due to the number of obstacles which occurred on the side of the buyer.

I have used Underwood Vinecombe’s Mark Dalziel 3 times for house sales and purchases. He is very quick, efficient and professional. I will always use Mark for conveyancing and constantly recommend him to my friends and family who are in need of a solicitor. He makes the whole process of buying/ selling a house much easier and you can rely on him to do a thorough job in a very quick timeframe.
