motoring offence

I was accused of intending to drive whilst over the alcohol limit. I was also accused of refusing to give a breath test reading at the police station.
Smith Boyer Clarke, after hearing my side of the events clearly explained what to do. With their professional assistance both before the court date and on the court date i retained my driving licence.
I would also like to add that at the court i was made to feel at ease and was fully made aware of everything that would happen.

DVSA CPC tacho infringement support

As professional tacho drivers, a colleague and I were recently caught out by VOSA.

We had been summoned to magistrates court, to face a series of allegations in regard to alleged breach of regulations.

Unsure of our legal position we contact Harry at SBC for help and advice.

Harry, a gentleman barrister with considerable significant legal experience, provided us with a crucial oversight of the issues at hand.
He explained the legality of the allegations, and the strategic options available in regard to defense. He also accurately outlined likelihood of outcome.

His help was impartial, constructive, reassuring ( under the circumstances) and crucial.

When backed into a corner, you need good people around you.. and if ever in a tight spot, legally, again - I know who to call.

Cannot recommend highly enough Laura Newton, who got the fine reduced considerably and points reduced for a speeding charge. Without the help of Laura contacting Cumbria Court and explaning that my address had changed and not receiving notice of this to reply back in time, the fee was going to be £1,150.00 fine and 6 points. Laura did an amazing job to get all reduced considerably!!!!
