The last time we sold a house I did our own conveyancing but I decided to let someone else take the strain. Really pleased we chose Butterworth’s in Carlisle; from start to finish I was very impressed with their operation and friendliness.

Very little communication whilst waiting for vendors probate. Had to ring up and chase before anything was then done. After pushing for completion it got a little better, but was very slow dealing with communication for probate, which was holding up the sale at the beginning.
