In 2012 I briefly worked at another firm as a trainee conveyancer and returned to Butterworths in early 2013 where I continued training as a conveyancer by taking on my own files alongside my role as a locum within the firm. During my time in conveyancing, I have dealt with a wide variety of residential conveyancing matters including leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, auctions, transfers of equity, remortgages and adverse possession applications.

there were delays initially because the 0nline documents hadn't gone through due to their size but this wasn't followed up by the representative and it took several calls and emails to get the case underway. there were then several changes of legal representative which made progress slow; however when Lizzie Riley took over the case things have moved forward steadily to completion.
Lizzie was on the case and communicated well once she took over; she was pleasant on the phone and timely with her email responses and instilled confidence with her explanations.

Excellent service
We had lizzie sorting us out and the service was excellent. We could always get in touch ane she was always chasing. We had some issues with home group that lizzie really helped us out with.

Poor service
Took over 10 months to complete a straight forward property purchase. Had 4 different solicitors with in this time as they kept leaving. Got given a bill paid it in full then they added more money to it saying it was the wrong bill they sent me Never again using this company. I had to put a complaint in to get things sorted.
