Mr Hall has produced a successful outcome to a very protracted lease renewal involving multiple parties. There were a number of delays and distractions during the process, which I found concerning, but Mr Hall was always thoroughly professional and reassuring. His patience was eventually rewarded!

I used the Brockbanks Cockermouth solicitors for my house purchase, and they were great!
The purchase had a lot of complications from the house deeds and seller's solicitors, but Brockbanks were able to help and advise throughout and made sure everything went through properly and as quickly as possible.

It took almost 6 months to get the simple document I wanted made and every one of the three drafts they gave me (including the final one) had multiple spelling and or content mistakes.
