ceri bevan and her team were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to resolve difficult issues we faced them with. Covid 19 must have proved difficult for the team, at times, but none of this seemed to phase them. We have used Brockbanks since the early 2000s and been extremely satisfied with their professional attitude. We will have no hesitation in using their services in the near future or recommending them to friends.

House sale and house purchase
For my first house move in 34 years I used Brockbanks Solicitors and Ceri Bevan guided me through what felt like a minefield of new and what could have been, daunting experiences. She was friendly, helpful and totally professional at all times. I became very clear to me that her knowledge and expertise was far greater than the solicitors who were also involved in my home move transactions, acting for my buyers and sellers. I would not hesitate to recommend Ceri and Brockbanks.

Efficient and focused house sale
We have moved a number of times and used Brockbank for last two house moves. Team are superb and solicitor is on it. Kept us informed and made sure everything was in place as scheduled. Would highly recommend.

Conveyancing
I had the worst experience with horrendous buyers messing me around and gazumping, losing the chance to purchase property we were ready to buy, and having to go back to market and also search for new properties. Throughout all of the upset and the extra work generated, Ceri our Solicitor never skipped beat. She was fabulous, considerate, professional and focused. A great communicator providing a service second to non. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend Brockbanks to anyone!

House Sale
We have used Brockbanks for a very long time, primarily for our wills and house sales.
They always provide an excellent and professional service and competitive professional fees.
The staff are always very friendly and patient. Also, as a client you are kept in the loop every step of the way.

Claude Magrabi Probate
Brockbank Solicitors have been dealing with the estate of my godmother, Claude Magrabi, since her death in 2023. They have been dealing with the probate, the temporary rental of the property and the clearing and selling of the property. The solicitors and legal secretaries have all been very helpful and supportive. They are sometimes difficult to get hold of when you phone, but very efficient when you e.mail the relevant staff directly.
