I wanted to set up Lasting Powers of Attorney. Everything was clearly explained and it wasn’t long before the papers were ready for me and my executors to sign. Then there was nothing else for me to do except wait for the final completion. Any to
froeing was handled entirely by the solicitor.

I used the Brockbanks Cockermouth solicitors for my house purchase, and they were great!
The purchase had a lot of complications from the house deeds and seller's solicitors, but Brockbanks were able to help and advise throughout and made sure everything went through properly and as quickly as possible.

It took almost 6 months to get the simple document I wanted made and every one of the three drafts they gave me (including the final one) had multiple spelling and or content mistakes.
