I had the worst experience with horrendous buyers messing me around and gazumping, losing the chance to purchase property we were ready to buy, and having to go back to market and also search for new properties. Throughout all of the upset and the extra work generated, Ceri our Solicitor never skipped beat. She was fabulous, considerate, professional and focused. I used the Brockbanks Cockermouth solicitors for my house purchase, and they were great!
The purchase had a lot of complications from the house deeds and seller's solicitors, but Brockbanks were able to help and advise throughout and made sure everything went through properly and as quickly as possible.

It took almost 6 months to get the simple document I wanted made and every one of the three drafts they gave me (including the final one) had multiple spelling and or content mistakes.
