DUNCAN IS THE BEST!

Duncan Campbell was my solictor in 2024 as I had been accused of committing a crime I didn't commit and Duncan was smart, thorough and very informative and did his absolute best for me to be found not guilty and that was the outcome I received and I am eternally grateful for Duncan's help and his excellent professional approach to his job and I can see Duncan has had an excellent career being a solicitor. I couldn't speak highly enough of him. Thankyou very much to everyone at Wragg Mark Bell for the service you have provided for me.

Gemma Duncan was excellent

I was really pleased with the service. While it started a bit slow there was a change of lawyer looking after my conveyancing, once Gemma was on the case she did a great job of moving it swiftly, representing my interests and being responsive to my requirements.

PWITS Class A and B Drugs, suspended sentence activated.

I moved to the Carlisle area back in back in early 2023 following criminal charges from my previous area where I lived.

Being new to Carlisle I wasn't aware of any good solictors and took a chance on Mark Wragg Bell for some legal advice.

Nicole Nicholson and Anna Bertram were both communicating with me regularly keeping me updated on my case whenever there was one.

Whenever I felt anxious and needed questions answered Nicole was quick to respond putting my worries at ease.

The last 17 months have been really stressful for me but I could not have got through it without the support of MWB, Nicole and Anna.

The advice they gave and with the help of my barrister Michelle I managed to get a suspended sentence activated resulting me in avoiding an immediate custodial sentence. A remarkable result considering the severity of the charges against me.

Forever greatful to this firm and would highly recommend anybody to go to Mark Wragg Bell to seek legal advice.

Please don't go NEAR these solicitors. From my experience with them selling a home.

If you want anything done within a fair time limit, forget about it. It took 10 months to complete the sale of the property. During that time, they lied about how far long it was. They gave us incorrect information and didn't even bill us right. This was the most stressful, emotional and exhausting experience I've had. The estate agent did more to help than these people, getting double or triple the money, which was shocking.

So please, anyone wanting to sell or buy a house through Wragg Mark should avoid it at all costs. Rosie is the main person I can remember; I have been in contact with Sady, who was the best out of a bad bunch.

Codie and Tom have supported us through our sale and purchase - they have been nothing short of amazing and we genuinely feel if it wasn’t for them being so informative and proactive we would never of got to completion with our sale! Our chain was complex and they both managed this from the outset so efficiently and really kept things moving for us. Today was completion and we just want to say THANKYOU! we would highly recommend you both

I got into my house in a timely fashion, but had *I* been less organised, I doubt it would have been the case. I found my conveyancer quite detached from proceedings, difficult to communicate with and at times errors were made over silly little things (misreading paperwork, misspelling of my name) that caused me a huge amount of stress unnecessarily. I can only imagine that the conveyancer must have too high of a case load for this to happen. Otherwise, it does not seem that they were qualified for the task. Despite knowledge of my completion date over 2 weeks before, exchange wasn't attempted until 2 days before and was delayed to the point that it had to happen on completion day, and I was told the day before that completion may not occur. This was 2 days before my eviction date at my previous property. I found Laura, the solicitor, communicative and I found Carla, the paralegal, helpful on the phone. My conveyancer would not elicit the same praise. I would be cautious in using this company.
