What a wonderful company
I would use this solicitor Isil Cowan, again and again, she is wonderful, the speed in which my house was sold and just incredible, nothing too much trouble and everything explained
I can’t thank Isil enough for all her hard work

Helpful and professional
The staff involved in the conveyancing for the sale of my mother's house were efficient, professional and helpful throughout the process. Sadly this couldn't be said for other solicitors involve in the sale chain!

House sale and purchase
From the outset we had an excellent experience. Communication clear on what was needed from us, anticipated time scales and regular updates as the situation progressed.
When we submitted information this was dealt with promptly to keep momentum going resulting us in completing our sale in Approx 8 weeks from offer accepted to exchange of contracts.

First house purchase
Isil was brilliant though the entire process. She was able to complete the job within a very short time frame which was placed on the purchase part way through. She explained everything very well and made sure everything was correct and complete. Couldn't have found a better solicitor. Thank you.

Excellent service
All staff at Wragg Mark-Bell are polite and helpful at all times. Callbacks (if reqd) do happen. The service provided is professional and very helpful. We have used them 5 times in just over a year for a variety of situations and all have been speedy and efficient.
