I would use this solicitor Isil Cowan, again and again, she is wonderful, the speed in which my house was sold and just incredible, nothing too much trouble and everything explained

Great service

Excellent assistance and advice
This is the third time I've had Isil Cowan undertake conveyancing on my behalf and there's good reason that I keep coming back. All staff you deal with are extremely professional and well informed. The advice and support provided in guiding you through the process is accurate and very helpful. I'd happily return again, should circumstances dictate.

Helpful and professional
The staff involved in the conveyancing for the sale of my mother's house were efficient, professional and helpful throughout the process. Sadly this couldn't be said for other solicitors involve in the sale chain!

House sale and purchase
From the outset we had an excellent experience. Communication clear on what was needed from us, anticipated time scales and regular updates as the situation progressed.
When we submitted information this was dealt with promptly to keep momentum going resulting us in completing our sale in Approx 8 weeks from offer accepted to exchange of contracts.
