My wife and I retained WMB to do the conveyancing for the sale of her parents house. Despite living 250 miles away and doing nearly everything by phone and e-mail, the service we received from Rosie Negus was excellent, timely and very professional. Rosie answered all of our questions and, in the final stretch when the buyer wanted to move to a quick completion, was able to meet those timescales. The whole team at WMB are friendly and very easy to work with.

Excellent service
Rosie has been excellent for the sale and purchase of our house. We had a difficult time with our vendors solicitor which pushed our sale back, Rosie was amazing at chasing and keeping me up to date. Would highly recommended Wragg Mark Bell solicitors.

We had a challenging time towards the end of our house purchase. As first time buyers we weren’t entirely sure whether the set backs we faced were normal. Rosie kept us informed throughout, advocated for us and guided us to make good choices regarding some of the logistics involved. After having 2 completion dates set and fall through (due to matters out of ours or Rosie’s control) we were quite disheartened and emotionally exhausted towards the end of the process. Rosie pushed for a date and kept us positive all while remaining transparent about the issues we faced. Thanks Rosie!
