My wife and I retained WMB to do the conveyancing for the sale of her parents house. Despite living 250 miles away and doing nearly everything by phone and e-mail, the service we received from Rosie Negus was excellent, timely and very professional. Rosie answered all of our questions and, in the final stretch when the buyer wanted to move to a quick completion, was able to meet those timescales. The whole team at WMB are friendly and very easy to work with.

First time buyer
I can’t thank Rosie enough, she made the whole process so smooth and answered any questions I had with a very quick response time too. I wasn’t made to feel silly for answering any questions either with it being my first time purchasing a property I was a little unsure of the whole process and Rosie made this so much easier for me. Property purchase

Fabulous and Friendly Service
Rosie helped us all the way through the process of purchasing our house and provided us all the information we needed. She was super helpful and always kept in contact and touched in with us on how things were going. Nothing was too much bother for her. We really appreciated all her help and can’t thank her enough.

Buying and selling property
Was a great experience. So professional and very thorough. Nothing got past them and they asked questions of the other party I would not have thought of. No problem with communication and the day of moving went very well.

Excellent service
Rosie has been excellent for the sale and purchase of our house. We had a difficult time with our vendors solicitor which pushed our sale back, Rosie was amazing at chasing and keeping me up to date. Would highly recommended Wragg Mark Bell solicitors.
