Don't burden yourself

This company has been supposedly looking after the sale of my late mothers house when it was called Butterworths solicitors and now Bridgeview Law. I have been trying to have some form of dialogue be it by leaving messages daily for call backs and emails to no avail.
The odd times i have had someone contact me it was rather pointless, i requested to serve a notice on a buyer of a property which they failed to do. I was further contacted by the auction team as way of an apology and when the notice was served I have not heard anything back after countless messages and emails.
I would advise if selling via auction you appoint your own solicitors as my experience with these is nothing short of diabolical, i would give zero stars if possible.

I am in the process of selling my property completion day in 5 days, I have tried to contact Bridgewater numerous times and noone ever calls you back I have no clue what is happening with the sale and very much doubt it will be completed ontime. I will be complaining to the SRA this is unacceptable.

We were handed over to PM law to continue with our claim after our car accident. They have been very informative, persistent and efficient. Answered any questions I had and chased me up if I missed any emails or forgot to get back to them. Would definitely recommend.

This review is for a different branch.
My son was hit by a car at the shopping Mall, they handled all the findings, contacted the insurance company and came out with a fantastic settlement offer for me. Also, PM Law is value for money, I could not believe initially that they did not charge like another law firm who wanted to take 25-30% of my settlement. I will recommend you to all my friends and family 100%.

I talked with Cheryl Gray and got very emotional , she took the time to listen and empathize. it was a little thing but it meant so much to me for her to understand how i was feeling and give me sound advise and support .

I need a solicitor for when I was attacked from behind with a claw hammer hit ten times the guy went to prison admitted hid guilt in court although I was only very bruised the mental health issues I've and going through are awful I don't sleep don't trust anyone, rarely go out. New up here bur beed a solicitor thanks

Through all ups and downs, my case has finally been settled! Things smoothed since Susanne Daine took over, she responded promptly, and yet kept me on track by recommending the right course of action... I was almost losing hope and was getting frustrated, but Susanne handled it all very professionally. Only feedback I have is to fast track the process and if possible keep same solicitor on case, or swift hand overs where change is unavoidable. Thank you again and will definitely use again in future.
