Throughout the coming on 2 year claim that was on-going, I received nothing but support and updates from PM Law from the moments my claim was passed to them. They got the results that I needed and supported me throughout, despite what I could imagine was a tricky insurance company to deal with. Through all ups and downs, my case has finally been settled! Things smoothed since Susanne Daine took over, she responded promptly, and yet kept me on track by recommending the right course of action... I was almost losing hope and was getting frustrated, but Susanne handled it all very professionally. Only feedback I have is to fast track the process and if possible keep same solicitor on case, or swift hand overs where change is unavoidable. Thank you again and will definitely use again in future.
