The property had recently transferred from Leasehold to Freehold. The purchase required detailed and persistent follow-up with our Sellers Solicitor and involved complex issues that required clarification from Land Registry. This together with an impatient Seller who had did not always respond when detailed information was requested resulted in complex purchase.
