I recently used Jb gass conveyance services for the sale of my property and a related purchase. From the offset I found the service to be outstanding. People say that moving house is a stressful life event. I can honestly say that I did not find this to be the case. My case was dealt with by Zoe and Lara with professionalism and efficiency. They answered my calls whenever I needed them or called me asap if I requested and offered advice as required. There was also an app I used to request updates and this was also very responsive and great for easy contact with the team. You could also track progress and see documents etc. They did not make me feel like a burden to them in any way. Things were easily explained and this took the headache out of the whole process. This is the third house move I have done but the first time using JB gass. On this occasion I barely noticed anything was happening until I got a completion date as everything was handled for me. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services and should I required any legal assistance going forward I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10 out of 10 service.
