Great client service levels.
The file handlers were very attentive to our needs and frustrations throughout the life of the transaction. A very protracted sale and purchase was made less stressful by feeling like our lawyers were taking the front-foot and moving things along in difficult circumstances.

Annemarie made the selling of our house and the buying of our new property as easy as she possibly could. Whenever we telephoned, she was available, whenever we emailed, she replied quickly, which most certainly helped our stress levels! Not only was she very professional but she was also friendly. She has a genuine kind nature and we think is a big asset to JB Gass. We will most certainly be telling people how lovely and professional she is. 🙂

House purchase in a completely new area.
