We used Bannister Preston for a simultaneous purchase and remortgage. Annemarie was our Conveyancer and I'm pleased to say she worked really hard for us. She didn't hide behind her secretary and was available via phone and email with quick responses. There were a few small issues with figures but Annemarie worked with us to sort those out promptly.
Competitive fees, no completion/no fee arrangements, and prompt service, we'd use Bannister Preston again.
